آزمون فنی‌اقتصادی سامانۀ خورشیدی انعطاف‌پذیر با روش تاگوچی در کشور ایران

چکیده

به‌منظور شناخت دقیق محدودیت‌ها، موانع و امکانات موجود در جهت استفاده از منابع انرژی در هر کشور، ضروری است میزان بهره‌برداری از پتانسیل‌های موجود انرژی و روند تبدیل این انرژی‌ها، به روش علمی و دقیق، محاسبه و ارزیابی گردد. سامانه‌های متداول فتوولتائیک امکان استفاده در سطوح منحنی را محدود کرده‌اند. در این تحقیق، سامانۀ فتوولتائیک بر پایۀ پنل‌های خورشیدی منعطف در مقیاس کوچک طراحی، ساخت و مورد ارزیابی فنی‌اقتصادی قرار گرفت. نظر به اهمیت متغیرهای اثرگذار، سامانۀ سنجش دما برای دریافت برخط داده‌ها و ارتباط با نرم‌افزار لب‌ویو طراحی و ساخته شد و داده‌های ایستگاه هواشناسی و ناسا به دست آمد. تحلیل تاگوچی با مشخصۀ هدف «هرچه اقتصادی‌تر، بهتر» برای انتخاب سامانۀ برتر به کار گرفته شد. تحلیل هزینه – فایدۀ سامانه‌ها در نرم‌افزار کامفار، انجام شد. نرخ بازده‌ داخلی در حالت استقرار بر روی سطح تخت، استوانه‌ای و نیم‌کره به‌ترتیب 82/23 و 70/26 و 46/27% بوده و خالص ارزش فعلی برابر با 74/6 و 95/9 و 83/10 میلیون ریال است. چنان‌که سامانه‌ بر روی سطح تخت در شرایط استاندارد، دارای فاکتور پوشش 73/0 و قابلیت تولید توان بیشینه معادل W 71/46 با عملکرد 09/7% است. سامانۀ مستقر بر روی سطح استوانه‌ و نیم‌کره به‌ترتیب دارای فاکتور پوشش 88/0 و 84/0 بوده و قابلیت تولید توان بیشینه به‌ترتیب W 18/55 و W 50/57 با عملکرد 45/7% و 55/7% می‌باشد. سامانه‌ها دارای توجیه اقتصادی برای جذب سرمایه هستند.
