رویکردی اثربخش برای کاهش آلاینده‌های زیست‌محیطی از طریق جایگزینی سوخت زیستی با سوخت فسیلی با اعمال هزینه‌های اجتماعی و حد مجاز انتشار گازهای آلاینده و گلخانه‌ای در یک سیستم تولید برق ترکیبی در کشور ایران (مطالعۀ موردی)

چکیده

افزایش روزافزون دمای کرۀ زمین و نیاز حیاتی به کاهش آلاینده‌های زیست‌محیطی ناشی از گازهای گلخانه‌ای تولیدشده در اثر مصرف سوخت‌های فسیلی از یک‌سو و تجدیدناپذیری این نوع سوخت‌ها از سوی دیگر، منجر به تغییر رویکرد و استفاده از فناوری‌های پیشرفته و منابع تجدیدپذیر انرژی به‌عنوان سوخت‌های جایگزین در تجهیزات تولیدکنندۀ انرژی الکتریکی شده است. با این حال طبیعت نامتناوب منابع انرژی تجدیدپذیر‌ سبب شده است تا از دیزل ژنراتور به‌عنوان یک منبع پشتیبان برای پوشش بار در شرایط حساس و اضطراری استفاده شود. در این میان استفاده از سوخت زیستی به‌عنوان جایگزین سوخت‌ فسیلی در دیزل ژنراتورها، نه‌تنها از انتشار خالص کربن دی‌اکسید و سایر آلاینده‌های سمی در هوا جلوگیری می‌کند، بلکه از لحاظ اقتصادی نیز می‌تواند از صرف هزینه‌های بسیار در آینده جلوگیری کند. در این پژوهش سعی شده است تا علاوه بر حفظ مشخصات فنی و افزایش قابلیت اطمینان سیستم ناشی از افزودن نیروگاه برق ‌آبی به سایر سیستم‌های بادی و خورشیدی، از سوخت بایو دیزل (سوخت زیستی)‌ به‌عنوان جایگزین سوخت فسیلی در دیزل ژنراتور استفاده و بهینه‌ترین ترکیب سیستم به‌لحاظ اقتصادی با اعمال هزینه‌های اجتماعی و حد مجاز انتشار گازهای آلاینده و گلخانه‌ای در حالت مستقل از شبکه با کمک نرم‌افزار هومر برای مطالعۀ موردی روستای ونایی در استان لرستان در کشور ایران شناسایی شود.
