شبیه‌سازی سه‌بعدی حفره‌مقیاس جریان سیال در محیط متخلخل به‌منظور برداشت صیانتی از منابع نفت و گاز کشور: تحلیل و اعمال فناوری برتر

چکیده

متخصصان حوزۀ نفت و گاز نظیر مهندسان مخازن، زمین‌شناسان و ژئوفیزیکدان‌ها دریافته‌اند که حصول حداکثر بازدهی تولید برای موفقیت در آیندۀ صنعت نفت و در نتیجه تنظیم میزان عرضه و تقاضا امری ضروری است. در این راستا، لزوم بهبود بازیابی حجم عظیمی از نفت و گاز باقی‌مانده در مخازن هیدروکربوری، در کنار رقابت جهانی برای تولید بیشتر، ضرورت عملیات مدیریت مخازن و اهمیت تعیین دقیق راهبرد تولید را مشخص می‌سازد. ازاین‌رو توجه ویژه به آینده‌پژوهی توسعۀ فناوری‌های مرتبط، منجر به تولید صیانتی و هرچه هدفمندتر شدن این منابع می‌شود. در این راستا، با دستیابی به درک درست و دقیق‌تر از جریان سیال در محیط متخلخل حین برداشت از ذخایر هیدروکربوری، از مسائل حائز اهمیت در تولید صیانتی در صنعت نفت و گاز کشور است. در این تحقیق، فناوری‌های مختلف در شبیه‌سازی جریان در محیط متخلخل مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته و اعمال فناوری برتر شبیه‌سازی شبکۀ بولتزمن با استفاده از توموگرافی اشعۀ ایکس که در سال‌های اخیر توانسته است توجه جامعۀ علمی را در حوزۀ دینامیک سیال محاسباتی به خود جلب کند، نمایش داده شده است. به این منظور، هندسۀ محیط متخلخل با استفاده از یک فایل متنی وارد کد محاسباتی گردید و جریان حفره‌مقیاس گاز طبیعی با استفاده از مدل شبکۀ بولتزمن با زمان بازآرایی چندگانه، به‌طور مستقیم روی هندسه سه‌بعدی حل شد. به این ترتیب تراوایی نمونۀ محیط متخلخل حاضر‌، در نسبت فشارهای مختلف محاسبه شد. نتایج حاصل از شبیه‌سازی با نتایج تجربی و عددی ارائه‌شده در متون فنی مرتبط، تطابق رضایت‌بخشی را نشان می‌دهد.
