WEMS-1؛ مدل یکپارچۀ سیستم واترژی (آب-انرژی) برای ارزیابی ترکیب بهینۀ فناوری در صنعت فولاد (نمونۀ مورد مطالعه: فولاد مبارکه اصفهان)

چکیده

صنعت فولاد صنعتی به‌شدت انرژی‌بر و همچنین به‌شدت آب‌بر است. در ایران، تولیدکننده‌های بزرگ فولاد در مناطق گرم و خشک قرار گرفته‌اند که اهمیت بررسی یکپارچۀ آب و انرژی را بیش از پیش کرده است. در این تحقیق، مفهوم واترژی توسعه‌یافته ارائه و نمودار مرجع سیستم واترژی (WERS) برای صنعت فولاد ترسیم شده است. این مفهوم برای تحلیل ارتباط بین آب و انرژی در واحدهای مختلف فولاد استفاده شده و به‌عنوان مدل مفهومی برای تحلیل پیوند آب و انرژی به کار گرفته شده است. در ادامه، مدل‌ ریاضی سیستم واترژی صنعت فولاد (WEMS-1) با استفاده از مدل ESM توسعه یافته است. ترکیب بهینۀ فناوری‌های سیستم بر اساس تابع بهینه‌سازی پارتو و با تابع هدف چندمعیارۀ کمینۀ هزینۀ کل ارزیابی شده است. برای اعتباربخشی، نتایج مدل برای وضعیت فعلی (BAU) نمونۀ مورد مطالعه (فولاد مبارکه اصفهان) با مقادیر طرح جامع فولاد کشور مقایسه شده است. سپس WEMS-1 با در نظر گرفتن رشد قیمت منابع آب و انرژی الکتریکی، برای ارزیابی تحول فناوری در فولاد مبارکه اجرا شده است. در سناریو بهینه با تحول فناوری و افزایش اندکی در مصرف انرژی الکتریکی، در کارخانۀ فولاد مبارکه اصفهان شاخص مصرف آب از m3/ton steel 78/6 فعلی (آب متعارف) به حدود m3/ton steel 5/5  مصرف آب نامتعارف در دورۀ انتهایی رسیده‌ است.
