In this paper, the cooling system of the air humidifire, completely powered by solar energy, has been designed and optimized. In the cooling system, instead of conventional compression cooling systems, the ammonia absorption refrigeration system has been used.Its design is done in a way that the performanceof the system has increased remarkably in environments with high temperature. The ammonia absorption refrigeration is completely fed from parabolic solar collectors. The thermodynamic analysis and analysis of the ammonia absorption refrigeration and the amount of energy required for air cooling have been determined using numerical analysis in EES software. The generated cooling energy is transferred to the air by the shell and tube heat exchenger. In order to optimize the operation of the axial turbine parameters and the location of the shell and tube heat exchenger in the air duct canal, the results of the theoryequations, experiments and finite element analysis in Ansys CFX software have been used. The results indicated that using the three solar collectors can provide the energy needed for the cooling system and it can be used to reduce production costs in various sectors of the food industry.
